Not fast enough

The days are not whizzing by fast enough for me. Despite the Days of Lacking Income looming ahead, I can't wait for my one week off next week before I begin teacher's college. I'm already thinking ahead to all the things I want to get done before school starts up!

Today, my immediate supervisor was in the office only for the morning. She decided to work from home in the afternoon, and I can't say I blame her. She's constantly interrupted by other employees who ask for her assistance with the new database. At home, she can concentrate on the actual work that she's been assigned to do.

I've been busy fixing some of the computer entries that were done automatically when the new database pulled information from the old database. Apparently, three-year club memberships were pulled into the new database as *one* year memberships, and as a result, the reports that we pull up are inaccurate. I think I'll be finishing up with that some time tomorrow. I wonder what they'll get me started on, now that I have only three more days to go? Maybe more mailings. I like doing the mailings because I'll be far away from the phones, and therefore, will not be obligated to answer them. Hee! I answered quite a few phone calls today, but I think I answered them pretty well. I even inadvertently gave the right answer to one caller who was looking for the closest campground to the Trail up in Lion's Head. Yay!

Off to see if I can squeeze in some time to play Gold Miner or that new game my sister found called, Feeding Frenzy...
